Treatment
A treatment can be either half an hour or an hour. Each treatment contains the same process.
The recipient can be sitting, lying down or standing up, whichever is most comfortable. I have a portable treatment table.
They remain fully clothed at all times. Reiki works through a lot of materials including plastercasts, so can help with broken limbs too.
Once the recipient is relaxed, the practitioner starts by placing their hands on the recipients shoulders. The first in a series of hand positions around the body. They are held there for some minutes, then moved to the head and held again.
After this hand position the practitioner does not touch the recipient again until the end of the treatment when they hold the feet and shins. All other hand positions are held some inches away from the body.
The recipient is relaxed, still, and has their eyes closed throughout.
The treatment takes place either in your own home or a suitable location nearby.
A half hour session costs £15
A full hour session costs £30
